Late Summer

An application of slow release, organic-based fertilizer is applied at this time to maintain a healthy turf while eliminating the burn potential traditional fertilizers have. This treatment will help your lawn fight disease, drought and other heat related stresses. Hard-to-control summer weeds like crabgrass, spurge and oxalis are spot controlled as needed. Autumn is the time when lawn is at high risk from damaging insects. A careful inspection is performed by your certified lawn specialist.

Late Spring

To maintain vigorous growth and good color as the season progresses, a gradual release organic-based fertilizer is applied. Broadleaf weeds like dandelions and clover are common this time of year. Careful and thorough control measures will be applied to minimize weed populations.

Late Fall

As winter approaches, it is important to strengthen your lawn for the upcoming winter months. An organic-based fertilizer treatment helps encourage strong root development without excessive top growth. The lawn will stay thick, green and lush through November.

Early Summer

As temperatures warm, we transition to a slower-release, organic-based fertilizer designed to prepare your lawn for summer heat and minimal rainfall. Persistent broadleaf weeds are treated selectively and optional grub proofing is applied if ordered. We also carefully inspect for lawn-damaging insects like Chinchbugs and will apply control measures as or if needed.

Early Spring

Early treatment will help your lawn “wake up” with a heavy feeding to promote strong growth and get it off to a good spring start. all areas at risk for crabgrass invasion receive a professionally application of pre-emergent crabgrass control. Dandelions, chickweed and other harmful weeds treated and eliminated as needed.

Poison Ivy Removal

Poison Oak Removal

Later in the season, removal of these plants is more difficult when rash-inducing oils are "ripe". Both Poison Ivy and Poison Oak tend to grow among and around rocks, trees and other protective structures, adding to the difficulty of removal.
